She is a gamer. She loves playing COD & currently plays Black Ops. She knows how to deal cards and is fascinated by the casino life. She always carries a pack of cards with her in her bag. She’s not your typical girl. She grew up with three older brothers. Her mother passed when she was only 9. She has only one pair of jewelry; Her mother’s ring. Her pet monkey was given to her by her grandmother. Her grandmother was a zookeeper, and every time she went to go visit them in Florida, the monkey, Fran, would come to her. She keeps her locked up in a cage only when she is gone. She wants to be a mechanical engineer. She loves cars. Ever since her dad bought the Mercedes Benz for Ryan , her father, used to be an electrical engineer, but got into a car accident.
Walking to school, in her grey sweats, blue and black nike hightops, and her grey hoodie sweater that said, “Just Do It”. She was listening to ACDC on her zune. It was sunny and she was glad, it was going to be those days. She crossed the street. She noticed a guy from her school, crossing the street with her. He was staring at her.
“What are you looking at?” she said to him, as they reached the end of the street.
He looked away, smirking at her. She was confused. She didn’t want to bother, he was just another boy, who was probably staring at her ass. It was typical. Putting her headphones on again, he tapped her shoulder.
“What?” She looked at him again.
“You’re really cute.” He said.
She almost slapped him. She knew better to hit strangers, but she was 17. She knew what to do if anything were to happen. Her brothers taught her defense. She walked away.
“I know who you are. You’re in my AP American history class.” He ran up, catching up to her.
“Yea, and?” She just wanted to get to school. She had this new choreography planned.
“I see you during clubs and all… you’re a really good dancer. My name is Lucas.”
“Thanks. Really appreciate it. Also, I’d really like to go to class now. So stop making me go late.”
She went into the doors. He walked beside her.
“Brooke, just because you’re the only girl in your family, doesn’t mean you have to lose your feminine side.”
What was he talking about? He had no idea. She dropped the whole girly scheme three years after her mother’s death.
